At OrbitBuddies, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we have a limited returns and refunds policy as outlined below.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item or design was received

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer

  • Personalized or custom-designed items

  • Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences

Returning Items

In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is necessary, we will provide specific instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with Printful and the shipping carrier.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, refunds (when applicable) will be handled according to the original order details.
